According to Sara’s experience, as an owner of a flower shop and flower arranger, professionalism is a must, either to the customer or communication among team member.
“At school I was trained to make an arrangement based on theory. The important principal to make the arrangement is by using all the material as needed. We are taught to expand our creativity without copying other work, not even our teacher or famous flower designers.
I was also taught that the important part of flower arrangement is the vase life of each flower, as each flower has its own uniqueness in treatment and also to maintain the quality of the flower to its selling value.
I also learned how to make a success flower shop, from how to communicate with your team member, giving the best service to the customer, also how to sell our product and compete with competitors.
Thru Jakflo, I wish to share my knowledge and experience with all flower arranger, hobbyist and flower lover in Indonesia.
