Policy

* CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT & REFUND POLICY
 
1. A booking will be confirmed in receiving 30% deposit of total course fee on the day of enrolment or a week before the class and the remaining balance on arrival.
 
2. Policy of cancellation will be as follows:
-        Cancellation required one week before the class start.
-        When the student not able to attend the class, 30% deposit cannot be refunded, however student will have a credit, which can be used up to 3 month.
 
3. Policy of make-up class will be as follows:
-        If you know you will be unable to attend a class and would like to organize a make-up class, you are required to give one-week notice to us. If sufficient notice is received, we will arrange a mutually suitable make-up class.
-        A mutually suitable make-up class will substitute classes missed through illness.
-        Classes missed without any notice cannot be made up.
 
4. We reserve the right to cancel classes where numbers are not sufficient and transfer students to a next suitable session. If no suitable time can be found, a full refunded will be provided.
 
5. While all care is taken, you are responsible for your own safety and property when attending the class.
 
6. You are expecting to come forward since we could not give you the extension time for any delay.
